As you will have seen many of the tool lockers are in a pretty shabby state of repair.
Moreover, the Association doesn’t have detailed records of who is renting which tool locker, although tenancy agreements show that a locker is being rented.
We are planning to arrange a full tool locker audit to establish which plot each locker is associated with and which are vacant, so do expect to be approached in the next couple of months to help us with this considerable task.
Meanwhile the doors and locker blocks are the responsibility of tenants to maintain in good repair. Regrettably the Council no longer offers any help with locker blocks (haven’t done so for years) - in fact the only help they offered when approached recently was to demolish the blocks and recycle the materials!!
